There has been so much interest towards raider spots in to Modus Operandi lately that I thought it would be a good idea to make a official post about recruiting status. At the moment we are really melee heavy group of raiders and there for if you are a tank or a melee dps class don’t waste your time to make an application. We actually have some days that we don’t get proper setup running on raids and people have to go for their offspecs to get raid up and that usually doesn’t bring too good results. To change this we have recruited more healers and ranged dps classes. To have more balance to our raid setup we are going to recruit more again.

This time we are looking for Hunter and Shadow Priest. We expect the applicants to be fully geared from naxx25, hit capped, enchanted and gemmed with proper gems. We expect activity for raiding 3 to 4 times a week, always filled with consumables as flask’s, foods, potions and bandages. We raid usually only 3 times a week but that doesn’t mean that we take actual raiding any less serious than those so called hardcore guilds. What we do offer is nice raiding atmosphere, quite mature bunch of players with their own special perks and peculiar behavior. We try to recruit personalities and skilled players, with commitment and loyalty towards the guild since we are just a bunch mentally shorthanded people who gets the shit done.

Recruiting is closed for the further notice. Naturally we keep handling exeptional applications like usual, but chances to be recruited in modus right now are quite slim. Possibly there might be room for Warlock, but we have all we need to clear everything in few days right now. Thank you for everyone who showed some interest towards us.

Recruitment is open for all again for the first time in a while. Everyone is free to send their applications through the forums. Applications are expected to be top notch and applicant’s should give a good first impression, since its the only way we are going to judge the person’s chances to get in the guild. Read the instructions and example application carefully from the forums. Even if you use some imagination how to make your application more appealing, it is encouraged. We are not going have age requirement in the guild, but older you are, bigger is your chances. We already have quite high average age in the guild and it shows up in the ventrilo chatter during the raids, someone might say it is R-rated already and that’s why we would prefer to recruit from ages 18 and above.

We are trying to keep the standards pretty high this time so prepare your self well and use time to perfect your application and gear of your character. Specially for DPS classes we are going to keep fairly high gear requirements and for Healer classes at least proper heroic instance gear is required. We have all the content in farm status and we are trying to get ready for all the new content what is coming in next patch.
